As you know I have been involved in the Real Estate, Financial and Accounting Industries etc. for many years now, both as a Professional working in the industry and as an active Investor, successfully building a substantial portfolio. As I have fully understood and advised many Landlords over the years, it is paramount to surround yourself with a fully competent and professional team to ensure the maximum success of any portfolio! The most integral part of the team would be the Property Manager. The Property Manager stands by your investment for many years after the Builders, Salespeople and Loans Brokers have moved on.

A good Property Manager will not only find a good tenant in a short time frame, but also be on the ball when it comes to realistic pricing of weekly rent. In addition to maintaining the property to a high standard, they must delicately balance the pursuit of maximum yield, whilst striving toward a 100% occupancy. A Property Manager can “make or break” your investment. I’ve seen and dealt with many Property Managers over the years. Good, bad, and downright embarrassingly lousy. I’m please to say that you guys don’t fit into any of those categories. YOUR FANTASTIC AND DESERVE A BIG PAT ON THE BACK! Over all the years and all the properties you have managed for Lisa and myself, I can honestly say, that I can’t recall one fault, complaint, issue, nor blemish on your track record with us. Sadly I can’t say the same about numerous other Property managers. I find myself constantly comparing my other property managers to your outstanding benchmark. If only I could duplicate you and your services in other locations in this vast country of ours, I’d be much happier.
In conclusion, I’m proud and privileged enough, to say that I have known and observed you take your ideas and vision, to create a fledgling Company all those years ago, and grow it into the professional and successful business that Compass Asset Management P/L is renowned for today.
